Our SuperClear® snap cap microcentrifuge tubes feature an extra thick and durable wall that can withstand centrifugation to 20,000 x G. And since these tubes use one of our pre-tested resins you don’t have to worry about extractables in the resin that can interfere with your ability to detect DNA.

SuperClear® tubes feature a higher spin rate and USP class VI resins to ensure your work is safe and repeatable. Labcon SuperClear® Snap Cap Micro Tubes were developed using our own in-house laboratory and tested in real labs.

The ability to extract DNA from samples and then amplify that DNA with reliable results is an important part of lab work. SuperClear® tubes were designed with this in mind. They can be trusted to spin at high rates. They can be opened and closed easily many times to add or remove reagents. The interior surfaces are ultra-smooth with low retention. They are clear enough to be used in a spectrophotometer and have no extractables at the wavelength ranges you use to detect DNA.
