( 3 / 339 )Taxes are due in a few short weeks. Too bad chins aren't deductable as dependants. They do require a small invesetment, but the capital gains are worth it. Chinny sat on my shoulder and peered on in curiosity as I worked on tax forms in a marathon session. Thank the software indistry for tax software and electronic filing!
Actually, after less play time due to spring break Chinny has been eager to jump out if his hutch at every opportunity. When he scampers away he can be hard to convince to come back. Although, the offer of a dust bath often works.

( 3 / 300 )The second day of spring, so time to relax. Chinny will have a new friend to take care of him and give him treats for a week. He will have a clean hutch with all new everything, including his Timothy Hay. Chinny LOVES his Timothy Hay!
But, no new blog entries for a week.

( 3 / 322 )Chinny was just down in the play room, and I was thinking "I wish I had a video camera." He was literally jumping off the walls, which is a hoot the first time you see it! Chins run around the room, and then just jump at the wall and hop off them sideways. Do all chins do this?
I've tried to catch it with a still camera, but the best I've gotten is the picture that is a thumbnail to this blog from the home page. (See "Related Link" below.)
